Agency License — Strict Terms of Use

The Agency License grants limited rights to install this plugin on websites you own or actively manage as part of client services. It is not a resale license and not a shared license.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent license termination:

Charging clients any amount for access, use, or inclusion of this plugin — directly or indirectly.
Providing clients with license keys, plugin files, or login access to your license portal.
Using the plugin on any site you do not control, even temporarily.
Retaining the plugin on client websites after your management agreement ends.
Bundling the plugin in any SaaS, template, theme, marketplace, or platform offering.
Participating in group buys, license pooling, shared agency use, or joint purchases.
Uploading, sharing, or redistributing the plugin or license key to any third party for any reason.

The Agency License is for one legal entity only. It is not transferable, not shared, and not to be split among agencies, freelancers, developers, or collectives — under any conditions.

If a violation is detected, we reserve the right to:

Instantly revoke your license access and disable plugin functionality on all connected domains.
Blacklist your agency, your domains, and any related accounts permanently.
Pursue legal remedies, including damages, loss of revenue, and injunctive relief.

We actively monitor for piracy and license abuse. By activating the plugin, you agree to these terms in full.
