License Grant
ROI PIPE LLC grants the licensee a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to lease and use the purchased products (plugins, themes, software, and services) on a subscription basis, according to the terms outlined below. The licensee does not own the license but is granted the right to use the product for as long as the subscription remains active.
License Types
1. Single-Site License:
• Valid for use on one website owned by the licensee.
2. Multi-Site License:
• Valid for use on up to five websites owned by the licensee.
3. Agency License:
• Valid for use on an unlimited number of websites owned or managed by the agency for clients.
• If the agency no longer manages a client’s website, the client must purchase their own license. The agency license cannot be transferred, and the agency may not sell or grant access to any products or services provided by ROI PIPE LLC.
Distribution Restrictions
• The products (plugins, themes, software) may not be resold, shared, or given away, except under the rules specified for the Agency License.
• Modifications are not allowed and cannot be redistributed.
• The products may not be uploaded to any public repositories or marketplaces.
• Agencies with an Agency License may only install the products on client websites they actively manage. If the agency ceases to manage a client’s website, they must revoke access to the products and any software provided.
Activation & License Key
• Products may require a license key for activation.
• ROI PIPE LLC reserves the right to deactivate or revoke licenses for any reason they see fit, even if the terms have not been violated.
Business Discretion
• ROI PIPE LLC reserves the right to choose who they do business with and may refuse service at their discretion.
Support & Updates
• Support is provided through a ticket system on ROI PIPE LLC’s website and is available only during an active subscription.
• Updates, including feature updates, bug fixes, and security patches, are included with the subscription.
Disclaimer of Warranties
• All products are provided “as-is” without any guarantee of performance, suitability, or non-infringement. ROI PIPE LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
• ROI PIPE LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Termination & Revocation
• ROI PIPE LLC reserves the right to revoke or terminate a license for any reason they see fit, without limitation, and is not responsible for any lost revenue resulting from revocation or termination.
• Upon termination or revocation, the user must stop using all products immediately and delete all copies from their websites and local file systems.
Infinite Arbitration Clause
• Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating in any way to this agreement, or to the relationship between ROI PIPE LLC and the licensee, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This clause covers all possible disputes between the parties, without limitation.
• The arbitration shall take place in Ventura County, California, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, and the parties shall share equally the arbitrator’s fees. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

• Refunds are available upon request within 30 days of purchase.
• Limit one refund per customer. License will be deactivated upon refund approval.
Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or distribution of this plugin — including attempts to bypass or tamper with the license system — is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
